All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking request is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from Paradise Guest House via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is as displayed on the website. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Standard check-out time is as displayed. Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to approval.
Valid photo ID is mandatory at check-in (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License for Indians; Passport & Visa for foreign nationals).
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged for one night’s stay.
No-show bookings will be charged the full amount of the first night.
To cancel, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
4. Payment
All payments are to be made directly at the guest house at check-in.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, and bank transfer (as applicable).
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper use of the room.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
Any damage to guest house property will be charged to the guest.
Visitors in rooms must be registered at reception. Outside visitors are allowed only in common areas.
6. Liability
Paradise Guest House is not responsible for loss of valuables.
The guest house is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from stay.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
